Mottram Hall Hotel Macclesfield

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were not just comfortable, but also very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and made me feel really welcome. The location was in a quiet area and was convenient for the restaurant I had booked. The hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, were exceptional. The spa had two swimming pools and various amenities like saunas and steam rooms. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious. this hotel provided fantastic value for money.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location within beautiful grounds with several nice walking trails was perfect for us. We enjoyed exploring the area, which is in a nice area south of Manchester. The service room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry were all top-notch. We were very impressed with the welcome drink and the room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area, terrace, and patio were lovely spots to relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the garden furniture were also appreciated. The hotel also had a great restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had the option for in-room breakfast or packed lunches. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff, particularly Nick, who was the first member of staff in the whole weekend that greeted us with a smile and was really nice. Keep up the good work!

The staff is attentive, the breakfast hearty, the ocation is unbeatable very close to the walls, Close to nice pubs for good food, Manchester Airport. It's compact with comfortable beds and delightful views.

Location and people were lovely, and this hotel was stylish and spotlessly clean. I had a very nice stay.

Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with period features. Good facilities, including golf and spa. Close to various villages and towns. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped and comfortable bedrooms. Good quality food with a variety of juices and individual portions of jams.

Staff and location are very good here, had an excellent stay for 3 nights. The grill restaurant is nice and having fresh fruit, pastries, bacon and breads for breakfast is a bonus. Liked efficient check-in and efficient check-out. It also has very good internet and secure parking.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would recomand it. The staff was approachable, kind, and everything was great. We had a twin/double room which was perfect and immaculate. This brilliant hotel had central setting in nice area south of Manchester.

The restaurant staff could benefit from additional training to improve their service skills.

An enchanting hotel, nice views, fab location right over the restaurant. The classic queen room was luxurious, it had an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The staff were absolutely perfect and the pool was great.

Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Macclesfield. Everything was fab: location and people. Comfortable room, large bathroom. It was warm and I had exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel grounds, well located, exceptional countryside, delicious meals, top-notch cleanliness, amazing staff.

The venue is fairly clean and huge, views are particularly nice, the location is brilliant next to the attractions and the Peak District.
